INITIAL FEASIBILITY STUDY

We conduct comprehensive feasibility studies to assess market demand, evaluate competition, and identify potential challenges for FTTH projects. Our analysis includes a detailed review of existing infrastructure to pinpoint gaps, ensuring an informed approach that maximizes project viability and strategic positioning.

SITE SURVEY

We conduct detailed site surveys to gather essential information on geography, existing utilities, and local regulations, identifying any obstacles.

NETWORK TOPOLOGY DESIGN

We design the ideal network architecture—either Point-to-Point (P2P) for direct fiber connections or Passive Optical Network (PON) for shared infrastructure—based on project needs. Detailed topology diagrams are created to guide efficient planning and deployment

COMPONENT SELECTION

We carefully select key components, including OLTs for the central office, ONTs for customer sites, and fiber cables with splitters tailored to the network design, ensuring high performance and scalability.

DRAFTING DETAILED PLANS

Using CAD software, we create detailed network layouts, construction specs for trenches or aerial setups, and clear schematic diagrams, ensuring precise planning and streamlined communication.

CONSTRUCTION METHODS

We customize construction techniques based on site-specific conditions to ensure optimal deployment. Trenching provides secure underground fiber placement, while Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) minimizes surface disruption in sensitive areas. For efficient overhead installations, we utilize aerial installation on existing utility poles. This strategic approach enables streamlined, adaptable, and effective network installation.

PERMITTING AND COMPLIANCE

We identify all necessary permits and regulatory compliance requirements, preparing and submitting detailed documentation to local authorities to ensure timely project approvals and adherence to legal standards.

BUDGETING AND COST ESTIMATION

We create a detailed budget that encompasses all materials, labor, and overhead costs, with careful consideration for long-term operational expenses. Additionally, we identify potential funding sources to support financial sustainability and maximize project viability over time.

PROJECT TIMELINE

We establish a detailed project timeline that defines key milestones, from design completion and permitting to construction phases and final testing. This structured approach ensures clear progress tracking, timely execution, and efficient project management.

TESTING AND QUALITY ASSURANCE
